Thoughtful and personalised naturopathic care
Herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, diet and lifestyle, and functional testing

About Me
Hi, I’m Larissa; a bachelor qualified naturopath in Brisbane.
As a practitioner, I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with their health through holistic, evidence-based care. My approach is guided by my love of nature, traditional wisdom and modern research to support healing at the root cause.
My journey into naturopathy began with a love of plants; first growing, admiring and enjoying them as food, and later discovering their power as medicines. I'm a curious person who wants to understand the "why" behind things, and that curiousity continues to guide how I work.
I consider myself a general naturopath, meaning I welcome people with a wide range of health concerns. This includes women's health, sleep disruptions, digestive health and the microbiome, skin concerns, mental health and the immune system.
Treatment plans are tailored to each individual and may include herbal and nutritional medicines, flower essence therapy and diet and lifestyle recommendations.
My goal is to create an inclusive and supporting space, welcoming anyone and everyone who is seeking holistic, compassionate care.
